Our Story

BBQSTX began with a simple idea: do fewer things, but do them exceptionally well. Inspired by traditional charcoal grilling and a passion for premium meat, what started as a modest skewer setup soon gained a loyal following — driven by flavour, quality, and authenticity.

As demand grew, so did our commitment to excellence. Today, BBQSTX specialises exclusively in Australian Full-Blood Wagyu MB9+ beef skewers and premium pasture-fed lamb skewers, all Halal certified and sourced from some of Australia’s most respected producers, including 2GR and Stone Axe for Wagyu and leading Riverina abattoirs for lamb.

With more than 20 years of experience in the events industry, we understand the balance between speed, consistency, and quality. That’s why we operate from a custom-built, council-approved food trailer, designed specifically for live, on-site cooking using a professional pellet smoker and traditional charcoal skewer grill.

Every skewer is prepared fresh and cooked over live fire — no shortcuts, no reheating, no compromises. The result is bold flavour, rich smoke, and a level of quality rarely seen in mobile catering.
